Independence Day

Jackson harvested one of his carrots. Everyone thought it was delicious!

We packed and cleaned all morning and then headed to Ashlee's house to play in the lake.
Jordan, Alli, Jack, Kenzie, Camryn, Sam, Sam's friend

Sam

Camryn

Kenzie and Alli jumping in. The kids were kind of crazy. It wasn't a very warm day, and it wasn't sunny at all, but they kept drying off, usually by playing on the trampoline, then would get back in the water.

Kenzie, Allie, Elijah, Coleman

Cam and Kimber

We did poppers and sparklers once it started to get dark.

Coleman spelled his name. At first when I suggested it, he spelled it out loud to me instead of with his sparkler.

Kenzie was nervous at first, but then loved it!

Cam and Grandma

Cam was also hesitant at first.

Kenzie was all glowy.

She used all her glow sticks to help her read in the car.
