Flag Football

Coleman played flag football this summer. He had a lot of fun!

We had an end of the season party at one of his teammate's house.

Soccer Tournaments

Kenzie had 3 soccer tournaments in July and August. It was fun watching her play!

Party Week

While Jack and Jordan were at FSY, Doug went to California for work. Kenzie, Coleman, and I partied all week!

Kenzie brought Jenna to Wild Waves.

And Coleman brought Blake.

Kenzie and Jenna went shopping with Christina and Christina bought them some $1 shoes.

And Kenzie bought some shoes too.

We swam at Grandma's pool and warmed up in the sunshine in the grass.

We watched the new Buzz Lightyear movie.

Coleman came to watch Kenzie do horseback riding.

We went to Catapult Adventure Park with the Wilsons and Rabans.

I took Kenzie to Menchie's after her soccer practice. Coleman didn't want to come.

Coleman lost a tooth or two. He lost so many this summer!

We set up Doug's packages in our birthday present spot.

So he could open them when he got home!

We had a fun week, but were so happy when the rest of our family came home!

FSY

The boys went to FSY at the beginning of August. They had a lot fun and made lots of new friends. Unfortunately those new friends mostly live far away so they haven't been able to hang out with them. But I'm glad they had such a great time!

 

High Adventure

While Kenzie and I were at Girls' Camp, Doug, Jackson, and Jordan went to high adventure. (Coleman stayed with Ben the 2 nights everyone else was gone) They went on a long, hot hike, played at the lake with boats and jet skis, went rock climbing, and had a lot of fun. They were really hot because there wasn't much shade, but luckily there was a lake too cool off in. Jordan and Doug got there boaters license prior to going so they were able to drive the jet skis.

Girls' Camp

Kenzie and I got to go to Girls' Camp this year! We had a lot of fun and I was glad to be there with Kenzie!

Ropes Course

It took Kenzie a day or two to try rock climbing, but once she did she did well and climbed the top pretty quickly on the two on the sides.

She got about half way up on the third and hardest side.

There were a lot of minute to win it games. Kenzie's in the middle.

solo time

We went on a hike. There was a 5 mile, 3 mile, and 1 mile option. Kenzie chose the 1 mile. I said I didn't care which one I did, and they assigned me to the 5 mile. This view was from about halfway up. I liked this viewpoint better than the one at the very top.
