Horseback Riding and the Lake

For Sam's birthday she wanted to go horseback riding so for our last full day in our Yellowstone house most of the family went horseback riding.

Sam, Jack, Alli, Kenna, Kenzie, Kimber, Nati, Shell. Doug, Konrad, and Richard also went.

Then we found a lake to play at.

We bought some wrist bands to be able to play on this.

They loved getting flung in the water.

Doug was trying to launch Richard, but misjudged his jump and ended up just falling. It was pretty funny :)

Jackson Hole

On Monday we went to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It's a cute little town!

We decided to drive through Yellowstone in the hopes of seeing some animals. Traffic was much, much worse that day. There were so many cars and I think a lot of construction going on causing back ups.  And we didn't really see anymore animals. Maybe one or two.  Richard had to go to the bathroom while we were stuck in traffic...

We all found him running along the road trying to catch up to my parents' car so funny.

We stopped a few places to look at the view.

The 2-3 hour drive took 5-6 hours since we went through Yellowstone. When we got out of the car here Nati said "We'll never get there if we keep stopping!" This face was showing how she actually felt about all the driving:)

Jack and Cam were playing while we were deciding what to do next. We decided to just go home :)
