Boys in Diapers

Doug took a cute picture of our boys tonight. Here it is...
These boys are so cute together. Jackson loves making Jordan laugh. Today in the car he kept saying things to Jordan and they would both start laughing so hard. I love hearing them laugh together. Jordan always get so excited to see Jackson. When he wakes up after Jack's already up, I'll take him into Jack's room to change his diaper and get him dresses and he always looks at the crib to see if Jack is in there then he looks around the room trying to find him. He's so excited to go in the room but his smile fades a little as he realizes that Jack isn't there. He loves when Jacksoncomes into his room when I get Jordan up. He smiles and laughs. They're such cute boys!

Soccer Mom

This weekend I was a soccer mom for the second time this year. Not to my kids, but to my sister's kids. This time was much easier though, because I only had to show up at the game and take the kids home. I didn't have to worry about making sure that they both found their teams in time for picture day, which wouldn't have been so hard when I did have to do it except that my neice Sam didn't have her shirt yet and didn't really know her coach and most of her teammates so we just walked around looking for a team with light blue shirts until a lady must have recognized Sam and asked if she was on their team, and she was so she got her picture taken with the team. So since I didn't have to worry about picture day yesterday was much easier although I did have to do the after game snack... Here's some pictures of our eventful day.

Jack, Alli, and Kimber

Kimber entertained the little kids with plastic bags. They ran while holding them like a kite.

We came home, put Jack and Alli to bed then made mini muffins and green mini cup cakes with my mini muffin pan. The girls loved decorating them.

Jackson enjoyed eating one.

Puyallup Fair

We went to the Puyallup fair on Saturday. We were supposed to have some friends come with us but they decided it was too wet for them and didn't want to go. It did rain the whole time we were there but we still had a lot of fun. We were inside most of the time looking at animals. Jack loved all the animals. Everytime we walked out of an animal place he would say that he wanted to see animals. At first he was a little confused and thought we were at the zoo and wanted to see the zebras. But soon he figured out that we were seeing cows and pigs and horses and other farm animals. I watched a cooking demonstration and found the kind of pots and pans that I want someday... just a cheaper version than the $3000 ones at the fair. While watching the demonstration I won a free knife! When I went to get it the guy asked if I was 21 so he could legally give me the free knife. Jackson got a us a free measuring spoon too for being so good when he was there. Here's the pictures.. Jackson ready for the fair.

Jordan ready for the fair.

Doug, Jack, and Jordan with the horses. If you look closely at the name of the horse above Doug you can see that the horse is also named Doug. That's why it was the chosen one to get its picture taken with the boys.

Jackson and Doug in line at the petting zoo.

Jackson in the petting zoo petting a lamb. He also pet a bunny. But he didn't want to touch any other animals.

Doug and Jack with the giant pumpkins. There was huge corn there too but Doug didn't think we needed a picture of it too :)

Jackson churning milk like the pioneers.

Jackson looking at the pigs.

Jack and Jordan in the stroller.

Jackson and I by the mama pigs ang their babies.
Jackson and I milked tha fake cow... Jack tried but didn't actually get anything out.

I milked a real cow too. Jackson wouldn't try though. It's a lot hard than milking the fake cow.

New Style

I did Jack's hair using hair stuff a couple days ago. Here's how it turned out...

Happy Day

Today was a happy day. It started out great with my kids sleeping in later than they have been lately thanks to the cloudy sky keeping in dark in their rooms longer... in fact it was pretty dark all day in their rooms. I guess there is something good about fall (which is probably my least favorite season since it means summer is ending and cold is coming.) Then we had fun playing at a friends house. Doug came home extra early from work. And the night ended with this:

Yay Jordan!

For Makenna

My sister told me that my neice Makenna wants to see a new movie of Jackson. She told Michelle that she wanted to 'watch' the pictures of him in the other posts. So here you go Kenna... the movie even stars her too :)

Cute Boys

Here are some cute pictures of the boys...
This is how Jordan looks after I kiss him goodnight. Isn't he so cute?

Jordan loves playing with the wipes. I think it is his favorite toy.

Jack giving Jordan a horsey ride.

Jordan loves standing and trying to walk.

Jackson's new favorite outfit. and no I did not let him go out in public like this. But he loves onsies now. He hasn't worn one for awhile and so I thought I'd put one on him and he loves it. He thought it was Jordan's at first. A few days ago when I got him up from his nap I started bringing him over to the changing table. He began to cry and I told him we need to change his diaper and he kept crying and didn't want to lay down. So I told him he needed to tell me what was wrong (he never cries when he has to get his diaper changed) and he said "I don't want to wear pants." I told him that he doesn't have to I just need to change his diaper. He said ok and laid down. This morning when he was getting dressed he told me he wanted to wear a onsie. I don't know why but he loves them.
Jack and Jordan in the kitchen while I try to make dinner and feed Jordan. Jack wanted his chair in there since Jordan's was in there.

Some of the cute things Jack has been saying are...
*which kind of____... as in: I say I'm going to put our waffles in the toaster. Jack says: "which kind of toaster?" or I say we're going home. Jack says which kind of home?
*He says things like: I'm. ready. to. get. up. I. said. Each word is like a sentence by itself.
*this_____ ... as in: I say Jack will you put this bottle in the sink please. Jack walks over to the sink with the bottle and says"this sink?"

Michelle's House

We went to visit my sister Michelle last weekend again. She had her baby girl at the end of August and so we had to go see her in person. She is adorable! Jackson had a lot of fun playing with Makenna. He's loves going to her house!
Sweet baby Natalie.

Jackson and Kenna playing in the sprinkler with the "Lasso" as Jack calls it.

Me and baby Natalie. Look how tiny she is... especially her head.

Jordan. Look how big he is... especially his head :)

Kenna with the sprinkler on her head. She loves playing in the water. Her and Jack are very different. She gets soaked in the water and Jack feels a drop touch his leg and runs away saying "cold." It's funny how completely different they are.

Jordan, Doug, Jack, Richard watching Kenna play with the sprinkler.

Michelle and baby Natalie.

Jackson pushing Kenna on her bike. She can actually peddle by herself. But Jack enjoyed pushing her.

Kenna pushing Jack... He cannot peddle by himself. He can barely touch the peddles.

Jordan is 6 months!

Well, he's almost 6 months. He'll be 6 months officially on Saturday. I can't believe he's that old. I took him to the doctor today, a new doctor. We liked the new one. Although he told me I should only feed Jordan 4 oz instead of 6-8oz. When we got home I tried to stop after 4 but Jordan was so sad so I couldn't resist giving him more. The doctor must not realize that the boys in my family can eat a ton. He thinks if he eats less he won't spit up through his nose... The appointment went well. He couldn't get his shots because it hasn't been 2 months since the last shots so I have to go back again on Monday. The doctor isn't worried about Jordan's flat head. He's says it will round out eventually. Jordan now weighs 18lb 3 oz (about 3 -4 lbs lighter than Jack) which is the 50th percentile I think and he's 28 inches tall (I think about 6 or 7 shorter than Jack) which is above the 97th percentile. Poor Jack is going to be passed by his brother soon.

I love Craigslist!

Craigslist is so great! I have bought some pretty good things for great deals. But yesterday instead of spending money I made $15.00! And in addition to giving me money, the lady took away the couch that's been hanging up in my garage. What's better than having someone give you money to take away the stuff you don't want? Today another lady came and bought a swing from me. And someone might come get our old dryer soon too. I love craigstlist.

Our Backyard

Doug spent Friday and Saturday working on our backyard. He did a great job! Now we're ready to put cement in or grass. We're thinking that we'll put cement in but we're in the process of figuring out how much it would cost to do that. Here's the pictures of you back yard.

Twins

Doug has some clothes that are similar to the boys' clothes. When they where them on the same day I try to always take pictures of them since they're so cute in their matching outfits. Here are the pictures I've collected since Jack was a baby. Doug and Jordan
