I mowed the lawn! I now have 3 sections I mow most weeks. I don't mind it so much because I can listen to an audiobook while I work :)
Kenzie was helping with his "fit" for a stake dance.
Jordan made eggs most days for a couple weeks. He knows I hate the smell so he lit a candle when he was done. He's a thoughtful kid!
A hummingbird died in the sunroom :( He flew in, but couldn't find an exit and died from the extreme heat. Doug has since put up screens on the windows so we can keep air flowing through it without any birds flying in as well.
Kenzie had a movie night with her friends! We had been talking about how we wanted to do outdoor movies in what I call the amphitheater section of our yard (because Barth said it was like an amphitheater:)). Kenzie said we should get a blow up screen. Doug looked at buywander and found a screen and projector on it! He ended up not winning the screen but he did get the projector so we got a screen from Amazon. They had a lot of fun and worked really well!
Doug showed Jordan how to mow the lawn with the grass catcher attached.
We get deer in the yard sometimes!
