Hawaii Day 17

This morning we went to Hukilau.

Kenzie made her special thing. I think that's what she's call it.

Jackson got stung by a jelly fish. They're have been a ton of them in Hukilau and Temple Beach. Before today, Alli had been stung twice, Nati also twice, Richard once, and maybe Kimber once. After the first sting we found out the baking soda and water help so Ashlee and Michelle have been bringing baking soda the beach.

Konrad, Camryn, Alli playing paddle ball.

 Ashlee, Kimber, Shell.

Next Coleman got stung by a jelly fish. He went to rinse off his bucket and just started screaming. It was stuck to him. After Ash rinsed it off in the water Michelle put a baking soda/water mixture on it.

He kept saying sad things like "I got stinged by a jelly fish," "I didn't know there was a jelly fish there," and "I didn't want to be stinged by a jelly fish."

 Jordan relaxing.

He just wanted to stay with me forever. Even when we sleep :)

Doug and Jordan went  on a walk. Jordan wanted to bring his chair. Doug tried to talk him out of it.

 He wasn't able to.

And ended up helping him carry it. They didn't walk too far before sitting down and watching some crabs.

After lunch the men golfed.
Doug hit his ball in the tree.

Pretty crazy! My dad said it was the best tree shot he's ever seen.

Michelle and I and most of the kids stayed home in the afternoon. The kids played hide and seek, made thank you cards for my parents, and watched TV. Kimber gave Kenzie and Nati a makeover, which they loved! Ash and Alli went to Hukilau. My mom got her nails done and walked to Temple Beach.

Making cards for grandma and grandpa.

Jordan took several pictures:

Cam and Coleman helped me make some cookie sandwiches.

Cam can twist her tongue! Pretty talented :)

After dinner we walked to the elementary school and played wiffle ball, boys against girls.  I wasn't keeping score so I don't who won.

Colie said "daddy, take a picture of me."

It's been a fun day! Crazy that we only have 9 days left! Time goes by way too fast!
