Just another day

Colie loves helping me in the kitchen lately. Anytime he sees me measuring things he says "Can I help?" And then he asks to sit on the counter :)

Jordan helped me make applesauce. My kids love applesauce in pouches. Michelle told me that her sister-in-law has reusable pouches. I decided to buy some and make applesauce to put in them. As I was making it I remembered that my kids don't usually like homemade applesauce. And none of them liked it. Doug did though. He even brought a couple squeezies to work with him :) Now I'll just use the pouches to make smoothie squeezies.

We've had snap circuits for a long time. Jordan used to ask to play with them with Doug or me all the time in our old house, but since moving he hasn't asked at all. He asked one day and played with them by himself for more than an hour. Maybe even 2. He would have kept playing with them if it wasn't clean up the house time :)

Kenzie and Colie are watching my kindle as it plays Christmas songs. The pictures don't move. I always think it's funny Kenzie loves to watch when she's listening to a song she likes. She's also wearing her swimsuit in the picture. She often asks me if she can put on her swimsuit for a little bit :)
