We went to the Woodland Park Zoo last Thursday for their homeschool day.
We watched a show about various animals.
We went with the Gessels. Here's Eden and Coleman
The jaguar is usually walking around, hidden behind the bushes so it was fun to see him so clearly and close by.

Then, last Friday we went to the Point Defiance Zoo. School was out for Kent (and most of the districts around) so we decided to go with the Ramsays.
It had been so long since we've been to this zoo that Coleman didn't remember it. But he kept saying that he remembered things throughout the zoo.
It was fun to see elephants again. Coleman especially loved them, and didn't want to leave.
The big reason we went was to see the new aquarium. It was really cool!
We watched the seals being fed. Even though this picture doesn't really show the seals that's what we were watching :)
