Easter!

We had a fantastic Easter!
Kenzie wanted me to take her to the dollar store last week. I thought it was for our young women activity she was in charge of, but she really wanted to buy Easter surprises for us. She said she wanted to buy these bags to decorate her room, but she actually wanted to use them for the Easter surprises she gave us. She also bought us treats and a fun object like a scrunchie, notebook, slinky, squishy ball, and slime. And she made us soap. On the boys soap she left a note saying not to eat it:) She's so fun and thoughtful!

The kids and I went to church. Then we came home and read the Easter story in the Bible. Then they hunted for their baskets and the hard boiled eggs.

Kenzie really likes taking pictures using the .5 zoom thing on my phone... it takes weird pictures:

After watching some Mariners' baseball, and eating lunch we went to my parents' house. We had our annual egg hunt outside, played games, did puzzles, and ate yummy turkey, gravy, and potatoes. It was extra fun this year, because the Noels surprised us and came to the party. They arranged it with Ashlee, but the rest of us didn't know they were coming. They used to come every year so it was like old times. Except all their kids are grown so it was just Carole and Wright.

Coleman got his own food! I usually get it for him, since he's my youngest. But he grabbed a plate and got it himself!

We also did a puzzle! My mom finished it this morning. She said she might not finish it and just put it away since it was a tricky puzzle. But she did it and sent a picture.

And she sent one with the poster at my request so we knew that she didn't just take a picture of the poster pretending like she finished it. Cam gave her that idea:)
