On Thursday, we went to the Science Center and saw the movie Cuba. After, we went to the fountain outside the Science Center to play in the water. It's always one of my favorite things to do when it's sunny, but we don't go very often because it's kind of far away.
On the way to the Science Center, Kenzie said she thought that the baby on board signs on cars were to let people know they shouldn't honk because it would wake the baby :) She also tells me often that when she grows up she's going to be a honker and honk all the time. People will know she's coming because they hear her honking.
Jordan walking on the moon.
We were the only ones watching the movie. So the kids thought we should spread out. Jordan and Coleman sat in the front.
Jackson and Kenzie sat behind me.
I love watching the fountain. They play music too, which makes it even more fun.
After getting soaked, they were freezing.
Kenzie saw a lady posing for pictures by the fountain and wanted to do it too.
I convinced her to stand under the water for a picture instead of just in front of it.
Next we went to a play ground near by.
And then back to the Science Center. The last time we were there we couldn't figure out the rings, and so we went home and looked it up. Jordan remembered how to solve it.
And then he put it back.
Kenzie wanted me to take pictures in the butterfly house.
She also took a few.
Right before this picture, a butterfly had landed on Coleman. It flew away before I could get a picture of it.
The rest of the kids wanted to leave the butterfly house, but Coleman wanted to find several butterflies first.
We also found a snail.
