On Wednesday we hiked the Denny Creek trail. It's our favorite hike. It only takes about an hour to get to the creek, and about 30 minutes to get back. And the rest of the time we just get to hang out and enjoy nature and friends. This hike is always on my end of summer bucket list and I was happy to find some friends to come with us.
Coleman
Kenzie, Coleman, Jordan, Phoenix, Jackson, T-Rex, Damon, Eve
We went with some friends we met just a couple weeks ago. (Their last name is Adams and every time I told me kids we were hiking with the Adams family, it made me laugh. But the kids didn't get it. They've never heard of the Adams Family)
Kenzie is always so happy when there is a girl close to her age.
Jackson
The kids put a rock in the creek which made the water shoot up a little. They thought it made a great drinking fountain.
