Friends and Family Parties

Kenzie wanted a puppy party this year. She wanted the puppy version of the games she played last year so it was pretty easy plan.
The kids started by making puppy ears.

I thought they looked pretty cute.

They played Going to Jerusalem.

Jackson made a puppy obstacle course and led the kids through it like a dog show.
They played pin the tail on the puppy. Kenzie drew the puppy and made all the puppy tails.

We sang happy birthday and she blew out the candles.

Then she opened presents.

The kids kept getting closer...

And closer.

Then they had a dog food eating contest. They ate Reese's Puffs or Trix. Kenzie was too full from her cupcake so she did't even participate in this game.

The Trix were much stickier than the Reese's Puffs.

The following Sunday we went to Ashlee's house to celebrate Kenzie and Alli's birthdays.

Kenzie loves stuffed puppies :)

She was so excited to get a puppy surprise stuffed animal. She was happy to find that her dog had 3 puppies inside of it :)

Alli was so happy to get a sewing machine! It's the same as mine so she already knew how to use it. I helped her get it set up.

Alli wanted cookie bowls and Kenzie had another cupcake.

I'm glad we live close to family and are able to celebrate birthdays together!
