Pumpkin Patch

We went to a pumpkin patch on Saturday. It turned out to be a beautiful day. We went through the corn maze, which was a first for the kids and me. I'm not sure if the kids and I would have ever made it out of there without Doug. We let the kids take turns leading at the beginning and we went in circles a lot. After we were in there for awhile, I decided Doug should be the only one to lead us because Jack, Kenzie, and I were ready to get out :). The kids also did some kid activities. We all had a great time!

We had to bundle up because, although it was beautifully sunny, it was cold.

As we entered Jack said "I don't know about this." He said a lot of funny things throughout it, but we can't remember most of them. One thing he said was, "This place is corny."
Kenzie taking her turn leading us.

Kenzie tried to go through the corn for a short cut.

This was when Jackson was getting bored of the maze.

We did it!

Sheep Jordan and horse Jackson.

Right before this Doug was telling me that Kenzie loved the corn. Then she sat down and said she wanted out. It was funny :)

Jack jumping in the corn.

Jordan's turn.

Jack again with Jordan watching.

Kenzie loved seeing the animals.

They gave the kids free chocolate milk and Kenzie loved it. She didn't want to let go of it for awhile. And then once she opened it she just kept drinking it and loving it.

Jordan riding bikes.

Jack coming through the tunnel slide.

There were some tubes the the kids could climb through. Instead of going in at the normal entrance, Kenzie went through a small hole in one of the tubes.

More jumping.

Before we left the kids went on a ghost train pulled by a tractor.

They all loved it. Kenzie cried when she couldn't ride it again.
