We went trick or treating tonight. The kids loved it. We went all over our neighborhood and the kids got a lot of goodies. It was fun trick or treating with kids who were really excited about it.
Right as I took this picture some trick or treaters knocked on our door. That's why Jackson and Jordan were looking at each other. They loved giving candy to kids who came. And since we gave all our candy away last night at the trunk or treat we were just giving some of the candy from last night. The boys happily gave theirs away. I was a little worried that they'd be mad.
Trick or treating. We tried to have the boys be polite by always saying thank you and happy Halloween after they were given candy while actually looking at the people. They were pretty cute when they did it.
Jordan eating his peanut butter cup. I knew he'd love these because he loves peanut butter. I think it's his favorite food.
Kenzie wore this dress to church and we realized it kind of looked like a Halloween costume, but it wasn't. We got it in Ensenada when Doug and I went on our cruise in May and today was the first time she wore it. It's already falling apart though. You can see one of the big holes in it.While trick or treating the kids said some cute things:
Jackson: "Daddy I got a snickers for you and for me." And then he tried to give it to Doug then.
Jordan: "I want a sucker" He said this at 2 houses when he looked in their bowls, but it was after they already had given him candy. The first lady still gave him one. The guy at the other house didn't. I don't think he heard him.
Jackson: to a girl handing out candy, "why it the candy in a big pot?" She was like "uhhh, I don't know."
Jordan: looking into someone's house after getting candy "what are you watching?" He liked trying to looking into people's houses.
