Nati and Kenna!

Kenna and Nati came to visit for a couple weeks! Kenzie and Nati went to FSY for part of it, but we got to hang out with Kenna the whole time. It was so fun having them here! But we did miss Michelle and Richard.
Jack, Kenna, Coleman, and Jordan swimming. We didn't get a lot of swim time because the pool was closed for most of the time to get the pavement around it fixed up.

I sent Jackson this picture to him these two were ready to play Hearts. My dad had just texted Kenna about coming to play too :)

We went to the Mariner's game! The Mariners won and a homerun ball was hit right in front of us so it was an extra exciting game.

More Hearts.

We went to Wild Waves! Jack, Alli, Kenna, Jordan

Cam, Nati, Kenzie after Kenzie and Nati got back from FSY.

I took these three shopping to the Supermall.

Another one with Kenzie smiling instead of making a weird face..

Girls' Camp

Kenzie and I went to Girls' Camp at Zion's Camp again this year. We had a fantastic time! I was a cabin mom over Kenzie's group. Kenzie loved playing in the lake, rock climbing.
Trying to untie themselves from the human knot.

Cabins 3 and 4. Kenzie was in Cabin 3, but Cabin 4 was in the longhouse that was right by ours so they still did things together. All the young women from our ward, except Grace, were in these two cabins.

Playing volleyball

We had a long ward time this year and they said we could leave the camp so we went to Twanoh State Park. The girls swam, made bracelets, and ate lots of yummy snacks.

We hiked the the hike as last year. Although this year we just did the 3 mile version. A few went up the 5 mile viewpoint, but most went back after the first viewpoint.

Bishop's night. At camp when anyone leaves things out they get collected in the lost and found. Then when we meet at the amphitheater they show the lost things and the person goes up in the front to do the squirrel dance with the others who lost things. On bishop's night each ward steals something from their bishop so they have to go up in front to do the dance.

Taryn was braiding lots of hair and adding beads to the braids.

I saw a bunny on the way to the car the last day.

Taryn beating the rug to clean it. She was a great cleaner!

Our last activity. Kaylin, Sophia Taryn, Kenzie, Morgan, Leone

High Adventure

Doug and the boys went canoeing on the Willamette River or high adventure. They brought all their gear and food on the their canoes and camped along the river at night. They all had a good time, although if you ask Coleman how it was he'll say "it was fine." He wasn't excited about going, but seemed to have fun while he was there. They canoed 43 miles over 4 days. The water was slow flowing and calm and the weather was perfect.

They were waiting to get started.

All the canoes were in this big truck.

Coleman was with Doug. Jackson and Jordan switched partners but I think Jordan was mostly with Alex and Jackson was mostly with Mason, but also with Koper and Hunter.

Most the young men and leaders slept under the stars, but these two brought a tent. Coleman slept amazingly. The first night he got 8.5 hours of sleep, the next night about 10, the next 11, and the last night he slept for 11.5 hours! Doug said Coleman would fall asleep as soon as he laid down.

Kenzie and I were still at home the first couple nights they were gone so they kept sending us pictures.

Doug and the boys put all their gear in big bins. I think it helped out especially when it rained for a little bit.

They stopped to get lunch on the way home.
