Orthodontist

They have a photo shoot area at the orthodontist.  Kenzie took some cute pictures at it last time she went. 

Pool Party

It's been in the upper 70's and low 80's this week so the kids blew up the pool (by themselves!) and played in the freezing water.

They had a laying contest. Phoenix won, but Kenzie lasted a long time before quitting. Jordan didn't last very long though :)

14 Years

Doug and I celebrated our 14th anniversary this week! We celebrated by going to Thai food and seeing Captain Marvel. And hopefully someday we'll get to go on another weekend getaway:)

Jordan got a dresser to build for his birthday, and built it mostly on his own. He loves building things!

Coleman lost a tooth.

We watched this little girl and she insisted we put together this state puzzle. Then she wanted to put together a world map puzzle over and over again.

The Winters are off on a long two month vacation, so we spent as much time with them as we could before they left.

They love Apples to Apples.

Jack's last soccer game. His team won one game, but they played much better this season than last season. The game they won was so exciting. 

Kenzie's team had a great season! She was a star defender again.

Jordan's team came in first in the tournament for the second season in a row. He improved a lot as a player this year! It's fun to see him finally give it his all when he's out there :)

Coleman lost another tooth!

I french braided Kenzie's hair for the second time ever. It wasn't perfect, but I thought it turned out well.

Jackson made the school soccer team. They've had two games so far and he's had a lot of playing time and they have won both games. It's fun to watch him!

We went to the zoo yesterday with the Gessel's.

Chocolate Factory Tour and Chuck E. Cheese

On Tuesday, we went with some friends to The Seattle Chocolate factory and did a tour. It was really fun. We learned how chocolate is made and also got lots of yummy samples. Since Coleman doesn't like chocolate I got to eat his yummy samples too:)

After the tour we met Ashlee and Camryn at Chuck E. Cheese because it was Cam's 6th birthday!

Wild Waves!!

We went to Wild Waves on Saturday so we could get some extra bring a friend tickets and souvenir cups. We had to wait for about 45 minutes before we could get our passes. And then we did lots of waiting in lines inside, but it was all worth it.

We also got to bring a friend for free with us that day. So we chose to bring Doug with us :)

They had $1 hot dogs.

Ashlee's family came in about an hour after us. I stayed with Cam and Coleman while Ashlee was with some other kids they brought and Doug was with our other kids.

It was so busy they had to ride in the same boat as kids they did know!

Before we left, we got some $1 ice cream. It was a tiny container, but it was still yummy:)

Happy Birthday to Me

I had another birthday. Doug and the kids spoiled me and I had a great day!

First thing I did was open my presents!

Then we went bowling.

When we came out, our car wouldn't start. We had to be jump started. A friend came and brought the kids and I home so Doug could take the car in to the shop. We ended up needing a new battery and alternator.

The kids and I went to co-op.

I realized when the kids and I were eating lunch, that my Legos were in the car. I grabbed some games and had games class instead of Lego class. One of the kids was very sad. Luckily he liked some of the games I brought so it wasn't a totally awful class :)

We played Pictionary.

After dinner at The Banyon Tree, we had cake.

Such a great day!
