This week I didn't take as many pictures. Well, I did take a lot, but not everyday, so we'll see what I remember. Luckily I have my sister's blog to help me remember somethings. :)
Week 3, Day 1, Wednesday.
I have 1 picture from the day. And I don't really remember what else we did. I'm pretty sure we hung out at the house a lot because Jordan was sick and so I think we let him have a rest day. My sister's blog said Konrad and Richard did some kite surfing and then just her family went to Sunset beach, but I don't know what the rest of us did all day. Oh, actually I'm pretty sure that day Doug and my dad golfed at Kahuku golf course in the morning/early afternoon then came home for about an hour then went golfing for the rest of the evening because they could golf as many holes as they wanted for $15 after 3:00. The kids and I hung out at the house. Here's the one picture from the day:

Kenzie and Kimber helping to make dessert.
Week 3, Day 2, Thursday.
We went to Ko'Olina on Thurday. It was a little more than an hour drive to get there, but I thought it was worth it. There are 4 really calm, beautiful man-made lagoons. It's the place where the new Disney Resort is. We went to lagoon #4. It had a parking place by it that was only $10. There was free parking around ,but we thought it was all taken by the time we got there. We sat in the grassy area. The kids had fun playing in the water for a few hours. My kids liked that the water was calm. After swimming, we walked by the other 3 lagoons and around the Disney Resort. It was a really fun looking resort. It had water slides and a lazy river and a kids play area. The kids want to stay there next time. If only it wasn't so expensive.
Miss Mackenzie.
Kenna and Alli.
Coleman.
Shell and Kenzie.
Kenzie loved playing with Michelle in the water that day. I think this was the day Kenzie would jump or something in the water and Michelle would hum a song to Kenzie's jumping. And Shell was smelling Kenzie's toes and saying stinky toes and after awhile Kenzie said that they aren't stinky toes, they're cute toes :)
Jack practicing swimming.
Cute Natalie.
Me and the husband.
Coleman starting standing by himself without support. He couldn't stand up from sitting but if we stood him he would stand for a few seconds. Then as soon as I pulled out the camera he wouldn't do it anymore. But we kept trying to have him do it.
But he kept falling. I have lots of pictures of him falling. But this one is the best. Isn't it so funny? I love it.
But then he finally did it for the camera. He's getting so big!

Kenna and Jack

Silly faces.
Sand monsters.
Jordan was still a little sick today. He swam and played for awhile. Then he wanted to rest.
The eat a snack. He fell asleep in the stroller while we walked around the other lagoons. Then he fell asleep in the car on the way home. He was a tired sick boy. He started doing much better the next day though.
Week 3. Day 3. Friday.
No pictures from this day. We went to Hukilau. We were there all morning came home for lunch, then Doug took Jack back to with the rest of my family while I stayed home with the babies and Jordan for naps. Jordan didn't end up napping so we ended up watching a dolphin documentary and probably some other shows. This was my first time really swimming in the water and riding the waves. Jackson also started to like the waves that day too. He did some boogie boarding (with Doug's help) and liked it. That night Doug and Konrad took Jackson and the Crabtree girls to the Bishop's Museum to see the planetarium. Doug's a little obsessed with space and there was a show that night at the planetarium and they opened the roof so they could look out at the stars and learn about them. Jackson loves space too so he was excited to go. They all had a lot of fun. I forgot to mention that back in week 2, I think, when we went to the international market there was a guy on the sidewalk with a telescope that was showing people Saturn. He was accepting donations based on your experience. Doug, the big boys, and I all looked. Jordan wasn't able to see and moved the telescope some, which I think kind of annoyed the guy, but the rest of us were able to see it. It was pretty cool and actually looked like the Saturn you see in pictures. Except it was just yellow and glowing. But it had the rings and everything.
Week 3, Day 4, Saturday.
All the girls, except Kenzie, went to the swap meet again, leaving the boys behind. This meant I went with none of my own kids. It was fun shopping with out anyone whining at me. :) I bought a bag, a purse (that my sisters found for me that is just like my old one (except with Hawaiian print) I've had the same purse for a long, long time. I had another one for awhile, but went back to the one I've been using because I liked it better. It's fun to have a new looking purse that works just like my other one did), a credit card holder, a few skirts, and I think that's all. When we got home the boys went golfing again.

Week 3. Day 5. Sunday.
We took family pictures in the morning. Then went to church. It was Richard's last day so him and Konrad wanted to get some more kite surfing in (they had been going most mornings that week. Doug didn't go because he said he'd rather golf. And he doesn't have a nice wife who stays happy when he's gone a lot. Especially at 6:00am when the baby wakes up by 7. He's good to me.) so they went to Hukilau to do it. Some of the family went to watch. Doug, Kenzie, Coleman, and I napped (well I tried to...) so we didn't go. I think they brought Jordan with them though. I'm not sure what Jack did.
Week 3. Day 6. Monday.
This day we went to Sunset with Michelle's family and my parents. This may have been the kids and Doug's first time here. I don't remember. It was one of Jackson's favorite beaches. It might have been his 2nd favorite. I think his ranking went: Waikiki, Sunset, Kahala, Lagoons, Hukilau. We swam there for awhile then we to lunch at Pizza Bob's with the Kenyons, then to Matsumoto's. Doug went snorkeling while the kids, my mom, and I went home. We had dinner duty so there's wasn't enough time for me and the kids to go snorkeling. Plus the kids wouldn't have snorkeled since they can't swim. And I didn't really care to snorkel. So we went home and got dinner ready.
Kenna and Jordan switched places. Did I mention Shell had a convertible? The kids liked the idea of the top being off. I think this day Michelle had Jordan and Kenzie in her car at one point and Jordan wanted it down and Kenzie wanted it up so they had it up most of the time, but then down at the end. I guess Kenzie cried for a little bit until Michelle distracted her.
Although this is a fake nap, Kenzie took a lot of naps in the car throughout the trip.
This is the driveway Doug backed out of everyday. I never did it. I was too afraid I would crash.
Coleman.
Doug backing out.

Sunset is such a beautiful beach. Look how clean the water is. I think Sunset is my favorite beach. Just because it so beautiful.

Kenzie loved the Caprisuns.
Week 3 Day 7, Tuesday.
On Tuesday we were all going to go to Waikiki so my little family went to the Lyon Arboretum to do another hike to a waterfall. There were a lot of little hikes off the main trail that you could take. We heard that one was worth the time to go on, so we went that way. I don't know what happened, but we go lost on that trail. So we got of the trail and and had to find out way back through the jungle to the trail. We were slipping and sliding some. Jackson, being his usual self, kept saying he was falling less then everyone else. Until he started slipping too :) But eventually Doug got us back to the trail. We decided to stay on the trail the rest of the time. The waterfall wasn't really a waterfall. But we still had a blast on the hike. Jackson loved it and was running ahead most of the time. After the hike we met up with everyone else at Waikiki and spent the rest of the day there. We went to Chili's for dinner. And then went home.
Ready to hike. Jordan was glowing in these pictures.
I just thought this was a funny picture.
Me and Coleman.
Starting the hike. Doesn't it look beautiful here? Hawaii is such a beautiful place.
Now we're off the trail.
We had to climb through the plants.
Doug had to help Kenzie a lot when we were lost.
This was where the hike off the main trail was supposed to take us. We got there. We just took the long way.
A bat flower... Or something like that.

Jackson leading the way.
The waterfall.
The pool at the end of the waterfall.
Doug with a crazy haired little girl.
I love this little girl.
And I love this little guy.
We thought these huge leaves with holes in them were pretty cool.
Me and the kids.
I got a ton of bug bites on this hike. I counted them on the way to the beach and I had I think 100 on each leg. Or maybe it was about 50 on each leg so 100 total. I'm not sure. and at least 30 on each arm. I was pretty itchy the next couple of days. Doug and the kids got several too.
Coleman loves my mom. He always gets so excited to see her. It's pretty cute :)
