Moving In

We started moving into the new house the day we got the keys, but we did the big things on Nov 1.

My and Doug's room.

The storage room. My mom and Ashlee came Friday and Saturday to help unpack. They helped a lot with this room.

And they helped with the kitchen too!

We put the giant cube shelf in Coleman's room.

Doug and I went to Ikea on Monday after we moved in and got shelves for the laundry room.

And a table for the living room.

And a new desk and chair for Coleman.

We filled up our water storage bottles:)

Halloween

Jackson was the only who dressed up in the family. Kenzie went Twilight with her friends and the rest of us just stayed home. We packed and watch the World Series.

Jackson and Leilani were Kiki and Tombo from the movie Kiki's Delivery Service.

Keys for the New House!

We closed and got the keys to the new house on Oct 30! 

There is a great view of Mt. Rainier from upstairs!

Kenzie Got Her Licence!

Kenzie got her license on October 30!

She didn't drive alone for a few days, but is loving the extra freedom now!

Pumpkins

Jackson and Leilani carved pumpkins!

He carved Snoopy. He said Leilani drew Snoopy and he carved him.

Leilani carved the cat bus from Totoro.

He looks especially good when lit up!

We also carved pumpkins.

Kenzie rolled hers outside on a rolly chair. 

Colie made Harry Potter

Jordan carved a Tottenham Spurs pumpkin at a stake youth activity and won a Bishop's Choice Award!

Spooky Strings

Jordan had a Spooky Strings concert for orchestra.

He was a page turned for another piano player for a small group performance.

And he played the piano for the large group. He did great!

Homecoming

Kenzie went to homecoming with a group of friends (well, they spent the day together, got dressed up, ate out, but they didn't actually go to the dance :)) She had a lot of fin! Her friends were Delaynie, Taryn, Paisley, and Emma. 

They started the day with brunch at Emma's house.

 They also made bouquets of flowers there.

They turned out great!

They went to Delaynie's house to get dressed up and watch Twilight there, then headed back to Emma's to take pictures. This is Taryn, Kenzie, Paisley, Delaynie, and Emma.

Kenzie, Delaynie, and Taryn went to the stake dance that night. It was Halloween themed so Kenzie and Delaynie went as 6 7. They made the Uno cards themselves and I think they turned out great! My friend, Anna, was helping at the dance and she took this picture.
