Father's Day and Coleman's Family Party

We had a great Father's Day! Doug's the best dad!

Kenzie found this cute sign on Amazon for him.

A headache mask. He tried it couple times and so far it didn't seem to help.

We got him some discs for disc golf and also a telescoping disk retriever for when his discs get stuck in trees :)

He was using it to grab things.

He got the tape!

We also celebrated Coleman's birthday at Ashlee's house.

Ashlee straightened my mom's hair.  I didn't take an after picture, but it looked great.

The next day we went to my parents' house to put gravel around one of their sheds and then compacted the gravel. It was my dad's Father's Day presents from us and the Crabtree's. He was golfing in Scotland so we didn't get to see him on Father's Day.

Coleman Turns 12!

We had fun celebrating Coleman's 12th birthday!

He always wants us to make the decorations crazy and to use lots of streamers.

Kenzie hid the squishmallow she got him and pulled it out when he was done and looking at his other presents.

Next, Coleman had his last baseball game of the season. We thought it would be cancelled because of the rain, but they still had it. The rain stopped pretty quickly so once they spread the water and dirt around and moved home plate and the pitcher's mound back out of the puddles, it wasn't too bad.

Then we went to Chuck E. Cheese.

Coleman got the bonus on this game and got lots of tickets!

Next we went home and played games and video games.

The Kenyons got him a new mouse that he loves!

Wild Waves!

Wild Waves opened on weekdays finally so we went! I was when school was still in so it was so empty there! We loved it!

Point Defiance Zoo

Point Defiance Zoo got 2 new polar bears so we decided to get a pass and go see them. It was a great day!

Jordan, Kenzie, and Coleman came with me. Jackson had to take a math test. And Doug had to work.

We watched the show during lunch. Professor Dumbledog rode a dragon in it.

We watched the elephant keeper talk. It was really interesting. The elephant, Suki, kept raising up her foot when the keeper was taking too long between giving her treats. She was trying to do tricks in order to get more treats:) She's almost 59 years old. She shares a birthday with Kenzie!

She also kept lifting her trunk to get more treats.

We found that they have budgies to feed! They used to have them at Woodland Park Zoo, but don't anymore. So we were excited to see they have them at Point Defiance now!

It's Kenzie's favorite part of the zoo.

It took 3 tries, but we finally saw a polar bear! She was bigger than I expected. Her sister, who's smaller didn't make an appearance, but maybe she would have been the size I expected. She was so fun to watch! She was swimming most of the time.

My parents heated up the pool so we went swimming! It's been so nice and warm and this spring so we were anxiously waiting for them to do it!

We tried out the new pool golf set. My dad was gone so he didn't get to try it out then.
