Dance Recital Week

Because of covid, Kenzies couldn't have a normal big dance recital. Instead the studio at 5 different recitals, one each night. Kenzie performed 4 days in 3 of the night. She loved it so much! The theme for the show was Once Upon a Time and each class had their own story theme.
3 Musketeers was the theme for her hip hop class.

Harry Potter was the theme for Acro, which is her favorite class. She was so excited when she heard this was the theme.

She was running out of ideas for poses so Doug gave her some. We brought the whole family to watch the first night. I wasn't sure if there'd be enough tickets for all the nights so I only requested enough tickets for us all on the first day.

Her theme for Lyrical was the Giving Tree.

More of Doug's great poses...

Coleman came to the second show because Jack and Jordan were at young mens.

We were able to send a zoom link to our family. My mom, sisters, and Grandma and Grandpa Dance all watched her. Ashlee sent some pictures she took while watching.

Kenzie's in the front on the right.

Still in the front right.

Standing on the right

She's in the green on the left.

She's on the right near the back and has a green dress. She's kind of hard to see.

She tried out and got an extra part, Princess and the Frog.

She was so happy we brought her flowers.

More poses...

Kenzie's version

Doug and I took her out for ice cream afterwards. McDonalds' ice cream machine was broken, but she wanted a cheeseburger. Doug got her two. I was laughing at him because I thought there was no way she would eat both of them. But she surprised me and really did eat them both!

Then we went to Munchies, which Kenzie loved!

It was so fun to watch her dance again and do something she loves!

Tennis

Jackson played tennis for school. He made the JV team. He really loved it and improved a lot!

Trampoline

We bought a trampoline! Kenzie and Coleman finally were able to convince Doug that we should get one. I was convinced last summer. Coleman has jumped on it everyday since we got it. It came on Jack's birthday. We kept teasing Jack that we getting it for his birthday so it was funny it arrived on his birthday. Jackson didn't want that to replace the presents he wanted :)

Doug and Jordan built it on Jack's birthday while he was at soccer practice.

Kenzie and Coleman love jumping with the sprinkler on.

Jack's Birthday

Jackson had a great day turning 15!
He played on the computer in the morning.

Then opened presents!

Checking out his new Pokemon cards.

We went to Olive Garden for an early lunch. Jordan had soccer at the middle school at 12:20 so we had to be home by then.

Playing Pokemon with Coleman.

He wanted Oreos for his treat. He really doesn't have a favorite homemade treat.

Mother's Day/Jack and Cam's Family Party

Kenzie carved I love you in a chocolate coin for me :)

and she made me this cute card.

and Doug gave me an Amazon gift card, but I didn't get a picture of it.

We celebrated Cam and Jack's birthdays.

I had Doug make her some of his famous muddy buddies because she loves them.

The Crabtrees gave Jackson a bunch of pop with money wrapped around each one.

Cam wanted peanut butter kiss cookies and Jack wanted Oreos.

Baseball

Coleman has been loving baseball! He's been doing great too. He gets on base a lot, and makes an out or more when playing in the field most games too. He really hopes to catch a fly ball one of these games. His friend Ben is on his team, which he loves!
