Dance Recital

The same day as the robotics competition was Mackenzie and Jordan's dance recital. They both did great. They remembered their dances really well. It wasn't at Winterfest in Seattle this year. While we were sad to not have it there and not be able to go ice skating after, we did enjoy the fact that it only took about 15 to get there :)

There was a surprise visitor!  

Coleman and Kenzie were the only 2 of our kids that went to see Santa. Jackson and Jordan were too busy eating snacks and playing games.

Robotics Competition

Jackson had a robotics competition for the robotics club at school that he does. He had a lot of fun and the team improved each round. Doug stayed there the whole time with him. The other kids and I only stayed for a little bit.

We were talking about our fire plan, and Kenzie drew a picture of it. She's running to the mailbox with Brownie the Bear screaming aaaahhhh.

She drew exactly what she wanted to do one her birthday from the time she woke up to the time she went to bed.

Coleman Loses His 1st and 2nd Teeth

Coleman lost his first tooth in December!

It fell out while he was eating lunch. 

We thought he swallowed it, but then we found it on the ground.

Kenzie got an expander in November. It hasn't bothered at all.

Coleman lost another tooth about week later! He pulled this one out by himself.

Decorating for Christmas

We decorated the Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. We love Christmas decorations!

We put our fake tree up and decorated it the next day.

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving. We went to my parents' house (our last time in that house :( ) The Crabtree's were there too. Since it was just family this year, it felt more like a Sunday dinner than Thanksgiving :)

Flag Football

Jackson finished flag football in the middle of November. He was sad to be done. He's also sad he's too old for it next year.
