Portland

Doug and I went to Portland to watch a Trailblazers game! It was a lot fun!

We sat at the end of the court so we got things to wave during free throws. It was pretty exciting!

Misc. Pictures

Kenzie looked cute in a doctor gown :)

We volunteered at Food Lifeline!

Kenzie did Doug's hair...

Coleman likes riding around the yard when it's sunny.

Coleman and Jackson playing ping pong!

Kenzie and Coleman still have weekly tennis lessons. Sometime when the other courts are empty Coach Patrick makes them run back and forth to the courts to hit the ball. It's a lot of running! And it's definitely not their favorite drill :)

Kenzie made a smiley face out of blood...

Doug started working on getting the barn transformed into a fun game room!

Great Wolf Lodge!

We went to Great Wolf Lodge at the beginning of February. It was so fun!
Kenzie and Jordan both love the unlimited free slurpees!

Coleman completed the quest!

We all got to watch him do the final battle before hitting the water in the morning.

They all got dunked from the water bucket!

Last treats before heading home!

Young Women Painting Night

The yw came up with a fun activity to draw, cut out, and paint each other on cardboard. They had a lot of fun and did a great job! They also wrote nice things about each other on the back of them.

Kenzie surprised Doug by putting it in the covers on his side of the bed!

New Door

The door to our Juliet balcony door got warped by the huge rain storm we had in December. It expanded at the bottom and was hard to open and close. It also leaked water and air, so we got a new door. It works so much better! I think Doug is planning on painting it blue, like the old door, but for now it looks great white.

Jordan Organized the Barn!

Jordan spent a few hours organizing the barn! He did a great job!

Colie is trying out the couch:)

Kenzie's Lovely Makeup

Kenzie tried out a new way of doing her make up...

Lakers Game!

In January Jackson and Doug went to the Lakers/Trailblazers game in Portland. They had so much fun but were disappointed Luca didn't play. They were happy to see Lebron though!

Piano Competition

Jordan played in a piano competition in January! He had 10 minutes to play his song and get feedback from the judge. Jordan did great! The judge gave him some good feedback. He scored a 1-. 1 is the top score, so he was just a little under that.

Fire Outside

We've had a couple fires outside at our fire pit! It was cold unless we were sitting really close to the fire. We roasted marshmallows and made smores. It was lots of fun!

Zoo

Coleman and I went to the zoo one sunny day in January. It was so much fun!
I really want to go in the winter too see the arctic foxes white, instead of gray like they are in the summer. They were white and fluffy and so cute! I was happy they were out because they are often hiding when we try to see them.

The polar bear was eating right by by the window. Then she went swimming. We spent a lot of time watching her. She was so fun!

Coleman is a little smaller than a polar bear.

It was feeding time for the otters. The keepers tried to get them to do tricks, but they just wanted to eat.

Coleman and me! (and Mt. Rainier in the background)

Temple Trip

We had a youth temple trip in January. Kenzie, Morgan, and Lorelei were our only young women that were able to go. We had lots of young men though :)

Food Lifeline

We went to Food Lifeline in January.
Doug had a beard so he had to wear a beard guard.

We did 18 boxes! Jordan ended up at a different table than the rest of us. They were trying to keep another big group together and so they asked for one of us to go to another table. In the end we had an open spot at our table anyways so he could have stayed. So these 18 boxes were without him. He kept track of how many boxes he and the person across from him did, but I don't remember. Probably 8 or 9.

Haircut for Coleman!

Coleman got a haircut. He usually hates getting haircuts, but even he wanted this one because it was getting so long.

When he saw this picture, he asked "that's what the back of my head looked like???"

So handsome!
