We didn't see the Kenyons much the second week because they were with Richard's family so we were excited to see them again the 3rd week. (These pictures are a little out of order since some of them came from Michelle and Ashlee)
More swimming at Grandma's.
The kids had sleep overs as much as they could. They often wanted to sleep at Grandma's this time.
We went shopping at the mall. Grandma took the boys to a play area that had ping pong, giant chess, and corn hole.
Michelle bought the kids some pretzels bites.
More swimming.
And more swimming.
My mom and I went to see Wicked in Seattle with my old college roommate, Jenny, and her mom, Debbie (who is really good friends with my mom), and Jenny's daughter Lindsey. It was my first time seeing it, and I loved it. It was so good!
The kids played a lot of capture the flag. Sam's in jail in the background.
Michelle did their hair in cute french braids.
We ate at Taco Time a lot! It's Michelle's favorite.
Jordan was swimming one evening and was tossing Grandpa's goggles around and diving for them. He threw them too hard, and they hit the side of the pool and shattered. Doug made him get back in and use gloves and other goggles to pick up all the pieces. Luckily they all landed near each other. We were worried that they were my dad's prescription goggles, by Richard assured us they weren't. Jordan will still need to replace them, but they won't be as expensive. Jordan was so cold by the time he finished, but he warmed up quickly once he got in a hot shower.
Kenna celebrated her 13th birthday with us. We first went ice skating.
Then we went to Red Robin for a late lunch. Coleman and I had already eaten so we just got milk shakes. Yum!
Kenna wanted ice cream cake from Dairy Queen.
Sam...
It's amazing how many pictures we needed to take before we got a good one of all the kids. You'd think it would be easy when they are aged 18-6.
And then they tried to get a serious one.
The Crabtree girls
And Kenyon girls.

The two got new shirts when we went to the mall.

Jordan
Coleman
Jack and Nati vs. Kenzie and Jordan in chicken fighting.
This took a lot of trying and failing before they finally made a three person tower. Jack, Kenzie, Nati
The kids tried standing on Doug's shoulders.
Kenzie did it!
Coleman jumping off Doug.
Jordan decided to start a water fight. He kept coming near me to try to keep my kids from squirting him. It was a pretty good strategy.
Richard got a bucket to dump on the kids.
Richard was trying to protect himself by standing over Doug. Michelle told Jackson she'd take him to Burger King if he dumped water on Richard. Jackson did it (without getting Doug all wet) and she took him before meeting the rest of us at Taco Time.
