Here are some of the homeschooling things we did in October
I guess this one is actually homeschooling, but they were all (except Coleman) reading during lunch.
We made chalk paint.
For co-op we had some snacks. I think we also made some pretzels that day.
The kids did some sumo wrestling.
It was fun for awhile, but ended with both boys upset. I shouldn't have left them unsupervised. They got a little too rough.
We made didgeridoos at co-op.
The kids painted biblical scenes in a Seattle setting similar to Jan Van Eyck painting biblical scenes in the setting he lived in. They also used oil paints, which I learned are hard to clean up. Luckily I found a way to make it easier and now I know not to let the kids use 20 paint brushed when they use these paints. The kids weren't big fans of the paint. They said it was too stinky.
Coleman Jesus giving someone (maybe Coleman? I don't remember) some bread.
Jordan's space needle.
The kids made spiny anteaters at co-op.
