Dance Recital

Mackenzie had her first dance recital last Friday. She was so excited for it.

She loved this outfit! She was really sad she didn't get to keep it when she done with the recital.

Kenzie and I were taking a picture of the 2 of us and when we looked at the picture after it was taken we noticed Coleman was standing behind us showing off his belly. :)

Excited and nervous!

Silly preschool dancers

After they got their make up on.

She is the second from the left.

3rd from the right

The one looking at the camera.

5th from the left

She's the one covering her face at the end of the preschool line.
For the finale they had the preschoolers come out and blow a kiss before getting in line. When it was Kenzie's turn the person in front of us put her arm up right when I took the picture of Kenzie and so I only got the lady's arm.

Final bow
She was excited when I picked her up. She loved performing.

Then Kenzie's dance studio arranged for us to all go ice skating. I wasn't sure how well the kids would do, but they loved it! The Crabtrees and my parents came too. It was a fun night!
Sam grabbed one of these for Kenzie before we even got our skates. Kenzie held onto it while skating so she wouldn't fall.

Ready to take off.

Grandpa and Jordan

Kenzie, Konrad, Kimber, Sam

Kenzie got the hang of it really quickly.

Jackson and Grandpa

Coleman and Doug

We got another skating helper for Coleman to use. He fell soon after having it and was done skating for the rest of the night.

He loved watching with me, Ashlee, Camryn, and my mom.

Alli and Sam.

Doug, Jackson, Keznie

Jordan only held someone's hand for awhile before he was off skating on his own. He did really good.

Konrad convinced Kenzie to give up the skating helper and held her hand for awhile.

It took Jackson a little longer to be confident enough to skate by himself, but he was doing good by the end of the night.

Konrda held Kenzie's elbow for a little bit to help her get closer to doing it on her own.

She was skating without his help after a little bit. He stayed close by her a caught her a few times so she wouldn't crash too badly. She was more running on the ice than skating. I was pretty impressed with her bravery!
