We went to a pumking patch yesterday. We all had a lot of fun. There was a ton of activities for the kids to do. There was a a little corn maze that we had to find pictures of animals in. Jack was really excited everytime he found one. There was a tractor to sit on, bubbles they could make with huge bubble wands, slides, kernals of corn that they could play it and slide into, a fake horse they could sit on and then lasso a cow, a hay ride, a tractor ride, animals to look at, and hay to climb on .
Jack on the tractor.
Jordan milking a cow.
Jordan on the slide.
Horse Jordan and cow Jack.
Horse Doug and Cow Jack. I tried to get all three boys with animal heads (there were other animals you could put your head through) but Jordan didn't stay still long enough. It would have been cute though.
Jordan climbing through a tunnel in the place where the could climb on hay.
Jordan and Jackson on the tractor ride. They were pulled in these things by a tractor. They loved it. Well, they loved it the first time, I guess Jordan cried the second time. Jackson said he was scared.
We also bought the boys some little pumkins from the pumkin patch. After we got home from the pumpkin patch Jackson and I went to a Halloween Festival at a local elementary school. There were crafts and games for the kids to play. Jackson got to wear his superman costume. After doing the crafts and games we went trick or treating down the street next to the elementary school where a lot of the businesses were giving away candy. People seemed to love Jack's costume. As we were walking down the street people kept saying "hi superman" and things like that. Jack loved the trcik or treating. Each time, after he'd get candy from one place, he's say "is I going to get more candy?" It was cute. After trick or treating we did some grocery shopping and Jack started to try to climb on the pumpkins at Safeway. I thought he looked cute in his costume with all the pumkins around him, so before I made him get down I took a picture:
Doesn't he look so cute in his costume? It was a lot of fun to spend a lot of one on one time with him, with no interruptions.
