My Birthday

It was my birthday on Wednesday. I turned 24. It was my first grown-up birthday I think. Doug was at work all day. I had a pretty normal day at home other than a little shopping with the boys in the morning. Doug was home for an hour and a half then was gone until after the kids were in bed. Other than cake and presents, and a visit from my mom there wasn't much about the day that said birthday. But it was still a good day. Birthdays are always good days...Jordan and Jack's shoes matched their shirts. We didn't even plan it.

I got these dresses for the new baby. I didn't even have to pay anything for them. We got a gift card in the mail and it covered the whole cost. I love buying girl clothes.

Me and the boys before opening presents.

Doug got me these comfy shoes. They feel like slippers but can be worn outside and are easy to put on like flip flops. And they're cute. I love them!

I also got this strainer. I got other kitchen stuff and a couple cookbooks too. Plus shopping money... of which I spent some today one summer maternity clothes :) I love shopping.

Jack and I with the cake. Jack put all the candles in it. He loves doing that. Candles are his very favorite part of birthdays I think.

Jack helping me blow out the candles. He was really excited to do this.

I love your shoes! :) I am glad you had a fun day, regardless of the "everyday" day that you had. Your boys are so cute. I love Jordy's cheesy smile! So cute! I can't wait to see your little girl! She is going to be so cute...
