Jackson turned two yesterday and Jordan turned two months, so I took them both to the doctor today. At first I was excited that they would be 2 and 2 months at the same time so I would only have to make one visit. But after more thought, I realized that taking them both to be checked by the doctor would mean that they would both be given shots, which means more crying and more comforting I have to do. I don't mind comforting my children but doing it at the same time is a little tricky. But both boys did really well. Jackson didn't even mind when the doctor was doing the check up on him. Usually he wants me to hold him. But today I was getting Jordan dressed and the doctor has Jack sit on a chair and checked him out. Jack didn't whine or cry, he just did what the doctor asked him to do. The shots when ok too. The both cried. Jordan was happy once I put him in the carseat and Jack was happy when he knew we were done and were going to look at the fish and the water fountain in front of the doctor's office, which someone had put bubbles in and was therefore even more fun than normal to look at.

Jackson weighed in at about 20 lbs which is less than the 5th percentile. He's 34 1/4 inches tall which is about the 5th percentile. He is starting to grow out of some of his 12 month clothes. His pants are getting a little short, but they still fit him around the waste. Yesterday he was wearing 18 month pants and they kept falling off. He's just so skinny.

Jordan weighs 12.9 lbs. which is the 50th percentile. He is 24 3/4 inches tall which puts him at the 95th percentile. I guess it's time for me to move him into the next size of clothes. I haven't wanted to because it's my little baby isn't so little anymore. Oh well, he has to get bigger sometime and there will be more little babies someday.
