The Roberts' Family Come to Town

The Roberts' came to visit because Lincoln and Isaac had a soccer tournament in Maple Valley. They were here about 4 and a half days and we had so much fun with them!

The first thing we did was go in to Seattle.
We saw the gingerbread houses at the Sheraton. On the way out the gigantic rotating door was barely moving. We think there were too many people in it for it to work at normal speed. Luckily everyone made it out :)

We rode the monorail over to the Space Needle. Anna was our group shot specialist. X wasn't here because he's in Finland, serving a mission.

After riding the monorail back to the other side of Seattle, we walked down to Pike Place Market and saw some fish being thrown and checked out the gum wall.

That night, after Kenzie's gymnastics practice and dinner, we went to the Museum of Flight.

Kenzie and her astronaut boyfriend :)

My shadow hair was a bit wild...

The next day we played pickleball at the church, ate lunch at Cafe Rio, then the Roberts' family went to Isaac's soccer game (other than Linc who stayed with us to play with Coleman). Jack had band practice and Kenzie had a gymnastics meet.

Kenzie ready to do bars at her meet.

All the boys joined the Roberts' to watch Lincoln's game that night, while Kenzie and I went to the Crabtree's ornament party.

We also stopped by my parents' house to get some umbrellas for soccer the next day. We were happy to see my dad had finished decorating for Christmas!

Jordan helped Anna solve a Rubik's cube.

On Saturday, we went to Kenzie, Jackson and Jordan's volleyball games and then Isaac and Lincoln's soccer games.
Isaac played against kids Jackson had played with at Kentwood.

Lincoln's team.

That night we went to the Tacoma Stars indoor soccer game. It was a lot of fun!

Afterwards the players came on the field to sign autographs. Eva had them sign her crocks:)

Doug wanted to stand next to the really tall soccer player. He doesn't look as tall in the picture.

More crock signing.

On Sunday the Roberts went to church in Auburn (since Isaac stayed there with his team) and then they had soccer games at noon and 2. Doug went to those while the rest of us went to church. Then we just hung out the rest of the day.

These two made a gingerbread house.

Doug made a batch of muddy buddies everyday. They were a huge hit!

Kenzie edited her photo.

The kids played lots of pool. They played a game called scud. They also played lots of Super Smash Bros on the Switch.

On the last day, we went to Snoqualmie Falls.
It was a rainy, cold day, but we still had a great time.

The falls were huge!

I sent Michelle this picture and asked if her and Richard went to the falls this summer :)

Anna sent this picture from the airport saying they were sad to leave. We were sad to see them go too! Coleman said we should invite them back for Christmas vacation:)
