We were supposed to go to Arizona for Thanksgiving. But then, Doug tested positive for covid after his work trip to California. He felt pretty miserable, but we were hopeful he would be better in time to go. Then Coleman tested positive a week before and so we cancelled. Kenzie and Jordan both ended up with sore throats, but we never tested them because we weren't going around anyone anyways. We had Thanksgiving alone for the first time. It was still fun, and luckily everyone was feeling mostly better by then. Doug wanted everyone to help with something. Coleman helped with the crescent rolls, Jordan made the stuffing, Jackson made the jello, and Doug made an apple pie (his first one!) Kenzie was going to heat up the corn and green beans, but she was facetiming Nati most of the day. The Kenyons were with my parents in Arizona so Kenzie and Nati spent a lot of the week facetiming since they were supposed to be together. I made the potatoes, gravy, and turkey.

The pie turned out great!
