Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas! It started nice and early when the kids came in around 7. Kenzie convinced her brothers to pretend to be Santa and his reindeer.

We went downstairs a little before 8, after reading the Scriptures and watching some short Christmas clips, like The Coat.

Jordan's presents.

Jackson's

Kenzie's

Snicker's.

Coleman's

He sat on the couch to open his stocking.

Jackson started organizing his presents after he opened them.

Jordan got a calendar that tells him what weird holiday each day is (for example, Christmas said national pumpkin pie day.)

Kenzie was super excited and surprised to get a canopy for over her bed.

Jordan was so excited about a snowball maker. He can't wait to go play in the snow now!

Pokemon cards!

Tackle hugs of thanks from Coleman to Kenzie.

These 2 opened up their packs of Pokemon cards before unwrapping the rest of their presents.

Harry Potter perler beads.

A baby that actually cries tears and cries a pretty realistic cry.

The Christmas mess :)

Harry Potter Clue!

Jordan was the last to finish opening his presents. He always tries to be last (like me):)

Kenzie organized her presents.

Doug helped Jordan set up his computer.

His keyboard is for audio production. It only works with a computer (which we didn't realize) but he loves it how it is.

Jackson's presents

Kenzie building her Lego set.

Time for us to open our presents!

Kenzie gave Doug a holder for his Switch.

He loved it!

Jack's lovely wrapping job:)

He loved Coleman present (that I had accidentally wrapped:)) of a Switch cover. Doug also got some Pokemon cards, clothes, shoes, and pillows. I got a new computer! and some kitchen items, clothes, and hair items.

My parents came over for awhile. Jackson set up his stand and created some music for us to listen to. He's very talented!

Legos!

The kids had made a path from the fireplace to the basement for Santa.

and said "hi" to him.

After hanging out at home for awhile, we went to my parents' around 3 and spent the evening there. We ate yummy left overs and played games, and worked on the grandkid puzzle. It was a lot fun! I love having family close by, especially around the holidays.
