Kid Things

Jackson: Me and Jordy are so wicked.
Me: why?
Jackson: We go give people ice cream.
Me: Then you're nice, not wicked.
Jackson: What does wicked mean?
Me: That you're mean
Jackson: oh

The other night after Jack and Jordan were both in bed. Jordan started crying and it sounded like he wasn't in his bed. Since he's in a crib and had never gotten out by himself or even attempted to do that that I know of, we weren't sure if it was really him or if he was really out of bed. But he had somehow climbed out of bed. When he saw us he was crying a little bit and I asked if he fell out of bed and he said yeah. Then as he was crying an walking over to me he kept repeating "I did it, mommy, I did it." He was so proud of himself for climbing out, but still scared from it too. Then when we were going to take him back to bed he saw his blankies that had been taken away since he was playing in bed and he wanted them back. We told him he could have 1, but he bent over grabbed them all. It was really cute... But you'd probably have to see it to know how cute it really was.

I don't know if I've mentioned this one before. I think I usually forget, but I'm not sure. So sorry if it's a repeat. This is a typical kind of conversation that goes on in our house with Jordan...
Jordan: I wear crocs.
Me: cool
Jordan: no, tell Jack
Jordan: I wear crocs, Jack
(if Jack doesn't respond Jordan will keep repeating this until he does)
Jack: wow

This is another typical conversation that happens with Jordan...

Jordan: Have wheat thins?
Me: Not right now
Jordan: Yes, have wheat thins!

Cute sayings. I love what kids come up with. Kenzie has the most beautiful smile. I can't wait to squeeze her in person!
