Life...

My mom requested a blog update so she could know what's going on in my life. I can't seem to find my camera (although I didn't look too hard) so you get a pictureless post. But here's what's been going on...

-Kenzie turned 4 months on Friday. I took her to the doctor on Monday and have decided that taking 3 little kids to the doctor is a lot of work. They just get so bored. And I get a lot of comments and looks. But I get those most every where I go... Comments like, wow you must be busy, and your kids are cute, and you finally got a girl after 2 boys, and are they twins?... All the comments (other than the twin one) are true though. I realized at the doctor that having 3 very young kids brings a lot more attention on myself than I would like... Oh well... Back to Mackenzie... She weighs 11.5 lbs which is like the 12th percentile and she's 25.25 inches tall, which turned out to be the 83rd percentile or something. But the doctor kind of laughed at that and said their measuring techniques (laying the baby on the table, and stretching her leg out and drawing a line at the bottom of her feet and the top of her head) aren't that accurate... I think she jumper like 20 percentiles... She doesn't seem that tall. Her head was 16 in. I don't know that percentile. It doesn't seem too big though. She's healthy. Not growing as much as the doctor would like to see though. But he's not too concerned.

-I colored my hair dark brown. I like it. I think it's darker than I've ever gone.

-I bought 5 boxes of life cereal, 6 boxes of granola bars, and 4 boxes of instant oatmeal for $6.00. I also got 6 packs of razors free and some deoderant free. And I got some forumla for $1. I love couponing.

-I bought Jordan a potty and underwear. I'm planning on potty training him in a month probably.

-Jordan loves to do everything Jackson does. Today we were playing roll the ball and Jack wanted to sit on his blanket so he laid it out and say on it. Jordan saw him do that and picked up his blankets and brought them to me and said help or uh-oh (they both mean the same thing).

-Jordan is very persistant. He doesn't like to take no for an answer. And we give in a lot... He just gets so sad when we say no about some things. And so excited when we say yes. So it's very important to make sure I feel very strongly when I tell him no, otherwise it's not worth it.

-Jordan loves peanut butter sandwiches. He likes them everyday for lunch.

-Jack is in Sunbeams now. He loves his class and teacher. He went to his first primary activity a few weeks ago and had a great time, thanks to his old nursery leader who helped him feel comfortable.

-Jordan has started saying "stop doing that." It's really cute.

-I've tried a new recipe almost everyday for about the last 2 weeks for dinner. The first several weren't very good. But lately they have been better. At least one of us like them. Doug has liked more than me. I like to cook new recipes.

-Doug's church basketball season has started. His team is 1-0. But the other team forfeited. I think he'd like to play on city basketball league if he knew other people who wanted to play on his team...

I guess that's enough random information for now... Maybe pictures will come someday soon. After I find my camera.
