One Kid Again

On Saturday my parents took Jackson to my dad's work summer party with them. They didn't take Jordan because he's too little to enjoy it and would have been a lot harder to take. So for the morning we only had little Jordan around. We decided to go to a Farmer's Market and check out their produce. I was very unimpressed with the market though. The prices were way higher than I expected. But the market was right next to a sprinkler park. We let Jordan run around it for awhile. He didn't go in the water at all and cried when Doug made him get too close. It was nice for me because I could just sit and relax while Doug stayed with Jordan. It was a relaxing activity.

Jordan loved pushing the stroller. At one point, he was pushing it, saw me, got excited (which he did several times :)), ran towards me without the stroller, then stopped half way there and went back to the stroller and pushed it to me. It was cute.

Jackson had fun at the summer party. My parents told me that he didn't want to do anything there though. He didn't want to go on the rides or in the bouncy house. He didn't want to try a snow cone (although he did at the end). He told me he had a hot dog and choked on it (not sure how true this is) and that he didn't want to get his face painted, but Kimber (his cousin) did.
