Leavenworth

On New Years Day we braved the roads and drove to Leavenworth! There was a ton of traffic on the way there and it took about an hour longer than it should have, but we still had a great time and were happy that the drive home went much quicker:)  It was really pretty there! There were so many Christmas lights and a fresh layer of snow. We walked around the shops, ate some yummy churros (and other treats) and ended the night at McDonald's (The Mexican restaurant we wanted to eat at had a really long wait).

Kenzie Goes Skiing

On New Years Eve, Kenzie went skiing with Carter and his friend and his friend's family. They were able to ski for free and borrow all the gear for free. She had a lot of fun!

Kenyons In Town Part 1

The Kenyons flew in Christmas day, arriving really late so we didn't see them until the 26th. They were here for about a week and a half and it was fun seeing them!
We had a couple hours in which everyone was here!

Grandma and Grandpa with their grandkids!

The original Ridings!

The Dances

The Kenyons

The Crabtrees

We celebrated Richard's 44th birthday!

For Richard's birthday he wanted to go to K1 Speed to go go-karting.

These are all the drivers! Richard, Jackson, Kenna, Nati, Kenzie, Jordan, Grandpa

Kenzie and Nati wanted to take lots of pictures together

The results!

We also went to a UW basketball game. (Also on Richard's birthday, but it wasn't necessarily his idea:))

And to Owen's Beach in Tacoma. There were seals (or were they sea lions??) swimming around!

All of us! Doug didn't come because he was busy doing house stuff. I think the generator was getting set up that week and it took a lot of time and work.

Mt Rainier! I took this picture because I knew Doug would like it :)

A jellyfish!

They were playing hot lava.

A starfish!

Rainbow rocks!

The seals (or sea lions)

We got ice cream at Rushton Point

"It's never too cold for ice cream"

Another great view on Mt Rainier. It was so pretty there that I want to go back in the spring when it's warm.

Kenna liked hanging out in that chair listening to Jordan play the piano.

Doug's been buying so much from Buy Wander. It's a cheap store that sells things from returns from other stores.

On New Years Eve, we rang in the New Year at the Crabtree's! Kenzie and Coleman went to the stake dance. It was Colie's first one and he had a great time! He even said maybe dancing at his wedding reception would be okay after all :)
