Coleman's Day

Since Coleman's birthday was on a Sunday, he got to choose fun things to do on Saturday.

He wanted Pizza Hut for lunch. 

Jordan and I finally finished Jordan's puzzle. We've had it out for a long time, and were slowly making progress on it. It is missing one piece though. And a lot of the pieces lost the picture on them and just looked like cardboard.

We went miniature golfing after their piano recital.

Kenzie tried hitting with the end of the putter instead of the side. 

Doug had to rescue my ball. 

When we started the sky was nice and clear, but by the time we finished the clouds covered the sky and it was sprinkling on us. 

Doug and Jackson took shelter under the tree. 

Jackson was our score keeper. 

Coleman want Appleebees for dinner. He loves that they Mac 'n Cheese, vanilla yogurt and strawberries.

Piano Recital

The kids had their piano recital on Saturday. They all did great. 

Kenzie and her friend Mikah played a duet together. Kenzie played a song on her own too. 

Jackson played three songs this time. Two on his own, and one with Jordan.

Coleman's Birthday Party

Coleman's birthday party was Saturday morning. He invited Camryn and his friend Thane. He didn't want to invite any other friends. We invite Thane's brother Bryce to come too since he's good friend with Jordan. Coleman wanted a game party.

They played pin the tail on the cat.

Thane veered a little to the left :)

Jackson was surprised how close he was.

Then they played Stuck in the Mud.

Kenzie likes to stretch.

Next they played "find the Koosh ball."

She pretty much lives in her overalls these days.

And she does cartwheels all over.

Next was musical chairs.

Bryce and Jordan were the last ones in.

Next they played Going to Jerusalem.

Coleman was the first one out, and then he wanted to be the music stopper.

Mackenzie drew this cute cat for the pin the tail on the cat game.

Kenzie didn't want to play sardines. And she didn't want to look out the window while Coleman was hiding.

Coleman likes donuts now so he wanted them for his treat.

The last game was the animal game. 

Coleman loved his party!

Overalls

Kenzie finally got some overalls! We each paid half for them :) She is so excited and loves them so much!

Sub Zero and Steel Lake

Today we went on a field trip to Sub Zero. We watched a great science show, and then ate some yummy ice cream.

Coleman chose vanilla.
