Pumpkins

The kids labeled their pumpkins to make sure no one took the one they wanted.

Jack and Jordan carved these at their young men activity.

We also carved pumpkins as a family.

Tyler and Rose and their girls came up to WA to watch a professional women's soccer game for Lila's birthday. They stayed one night with us and one night in a hotel in Seattle. We joined them in Seattle for a few hours.

We walked around Clark Lake Park.

In Seattle they wanted to go up the Space Needle.

I didn't want to go up the Space Needle so I went and sat by the fountain and read.

Next we went to the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum. We'd never been in there and it was really amazing!

After we walked over to the Armory and ate lunch. Then we went home and they left to go back to their hotel and then off to the airport.

Doug and Jordan go Camping

Doug and Jordan went camping with the deacons to Fort Worden. They had a great time!

Jenna's Birthday Party

Kenzie went to Olympic Game Farm for Jenna's birthday. It's a place where you drive through the park and feed animals.

It's a couple hours away so the girls slept in the car on the way up.

On their way home they stopped by Fort Worden where the deacons were on a camp out. They saw Doug and Jordan there.

Tennis

Jackson had a lot of fun playing tennis again this year. He was voted Most Inspirational by his teammates. We loved watching him play!

At one of the last practices he and his friend were both going for a ball and his friend's racket hit his mouth and chipped his tooth. Luckily he has a permanent retainer in because the tooth broke perfectly straight. He didn't even notice it broke right away.
