Halloween

On Halloween we went to our ward's trunk or treat, then wen trick or treating in our neighborhood. My parents met up with us while we were trick or treating. We all had a great night.
Lion, Ninja turtle, Dora, Monkey.

The youth played games with the kids while the adults got the cars ready for trunk or treaters.

Jackson likes sorting his candy. He gave me all his peanut butter cups. Yum :)

Preschool Halloween Party

Jordan had his preschool Halloween party the day before Halloween.

They played pin the nose of the pumpkin.

Bingo.

ate cookies.

and decorated cookies.

and they ate lots of treats. But I don't have a picture of that.

Basketball

We signed Jackson up for a basketball class. He worked on skills and played games once a week. He loved it!
They played running games at the beginning as a warm up.

Shooting the ball.

He's the one with the ball.

We only took the other kids for the last day. Jordan loved to practice dribbling.

Playing a game.

His team.

His team again. Now you can see his coach :)

The boy next to him is named Jordan. He thought that was pretty funny that he was Jordan like our Jordan :)

In the car

Colie (and all the kids) love reading books in the car. Coleman's favorite book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?

And whenever Kenzies sees me take a picture of anyone else. She wants me to take a picture of her too.

Trunk or Treat #1

We went to the Crabtree's ward's trunk or treat the Saturday before Halloween. The kids played games, ate snacks, waited in line for the haunted house (but didn't actually go in since they were scared), and trunk or treated in the rain.

Alli the witch.

Jackson the bear fishing.

Jordan the ninja turtle.

All but Coleman are in different costumes than they were in at zoo boo. Kenzie is Dora.

Kenzie and Jordan trunk or treating.

Carving Pumpkins

We carved pumpkins for Halloween.

Coleman just wanted to sit on the stairs though.

Doug got out most of the insides.

We had small pumpkins so it didn't take very long to carve them.

Kenzie and Doug's pumpkin.

Jackson's pumpkin. He did it mostly by himself.

Jordan did most of his too. He actually carved the back and front of the pumpkin.

The finished products. They lasted a day or 2 before Jordan decided to go bowling with them and broke the faces of the 2 that aren't his. :)
